We offer 3 distinctive & exceptionally spacious bedrooms from which to choose.
Like the house itself, our bedrooms are peppered with an eclectic mix of original paintings, antique furniture & interesting vintage finds. We do not masquerade as a Guest house or Hotel but rather try to create a memorable unique & personal guest experience to savour.
All our bedrooms are situated around the magnificent historic Minstrel’s Gallery. This balcony overlooks the impressive lower hall.
For that special occasion, private dining or if you wish to ‘block book’ all 3 bedrooms (with exclusive use of our guest facilities) please contact us.
We also welcome enquiries regarding film & photoshoots.
Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, a few miles from the market town of Louth & surrounded by 23 acres of mature woodland, parkland & paddocks, the Manor House still retains its original half mile long tree lined Drive (or Carriage Way).
We occupy a secluded position away from roads & traffic which is a haven for nature & is abundant with wildlife.
We are adjacent a designated public footpath (a short walk down the drive) which adjoins other mapped routes, so we are ideally situated for easy access onto the Wolds literally from our doorstep!
We are remote & tranquil yet within easy reach of the charming market town of Louth with its independent shops, abundant tearooms, cafes & restaurants. Market Rasen Racecourse, Hemswell Antiques Centres (Europe’s Largest Antiques Centre), Cadwell Park, Donna Nook (home to 40% of the grey seal population in the UK), and the Lincolnshire East Coast are all easily accessible. We are approximately 28 mins (19.6 miles) from Humberside Airport.
