Travelling from Wragby follow the A157 to Louth and turn left onto the A16 and proceed into Utterby, where you turn left onto Church Lane. Go through the village onto Barton Street and after about 1/2 mile there is a gated entrance on the left which takes you onto the tree lined driveway to the Manor House. Please note sat nav does not take you to the Manor. If in doubt please phone.
