Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you will be bound by them. A contract between you and North Ormsby Manor will come into existence upon the date which you reserve a room with us. Your contract is with North Ormsby Manor B & B
Our standard check in times are between 15:00 - 19:00 hours. If you wish to arrive before 15:00, we will do our best to arrange for your room to be ready or alternatively hold your luggage for you. If you are likely to arrive after 19:00 hours, then please contact us.
Checkout time is by 10am.
Bookings may be made by following a 'Book Now' link. Please note that we do not accept infants or children under 12 and our maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons. Regrettably no pets are allowed.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email subject to you providing a valid email address.
Prices and Payment terms will be stated during the booking process.

We have plentiful on site parking. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the owners risk.
North Ormsby Manor is a historic House of Victorian design & construction built over 3 floors, aspects of which we regret might cause difficulty for guests with very limited mobility or sight impairments.
North Ormsby Manor reserve the right to make a charge of up to £250.00 for any damage caused to a room by a guest.
Any spillages or soiling should be notified to us straight away so we can attempt to mitigate damage/reduce staining. If you are sick (vomit) on carpeting, upholstery, bedding etc, we reserve the right to charge you for an extra night of accommodation plus cost of professional cleaning.
North Ormsby Manor is strictly ‘non smoking’ in the house. If you wish to smoke in the grounds’, please use the ashtrays provided. To safeguard our environment, ecosystems & nature, please do not throw ‘spent’ cigarettes into the ground, foliage, hedges, flowerbeds etc.
Sorry, no takeaways to be brought to or consumed on the premises.
We are required by law to maintain a register of our guests. Residents of the United Kingdom and/or the European Union shall upon check in provide their full names and addresses. All other guests must on check in provide details of a valid passport. You agree that we maintain this information for 12 months.
In the event of bad weather conditions, flooding, plague, or any act of God, North Ormsby Manor will fully apply our cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your planned arrival date. If you cancel less than 5 days before your due date of arrival or fail to arrive ('no show'), we will charge your credit/debit card with 100% of the value of your booking. We recommend guests ensure they have valid travel insurance in place in case of the need to cancel your booking.
North Ormsby Manor reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate without notice an individuals stay at North Ormsby Manor where deemed necessary.
